Point Cost

Models and units have a point cost, which is deducted from your available point total when building your army/horde. The total points you have to work with is determined by the encounter level.
Models with few rules, low all-around stats, or negative effects cost less points than models with beneficial rules and high all-around stats.
Sometimes, a campaign reward will reduce the point cost of a model/unit, increasing your armies net effectivness.
