Nice jack and caster with alot of nifty abilities. I think that his ARM is a tad to high and Overpower is a little crazy. His POW is also quite damn high.

Chadrick's ARM is a tad high, but he's going to be a pretty large target controlling this monster 'jack, so I think that's justified. It's still very possible to kill him, just as much a Bokur. As far as Overpower goes, it's just as nasty as Gorten's Strength of Granite, but without the MAT penalty. I can see how being able to use it on non-faction 'jacks might be a problem, though. Perhaps if it wasn't an upkeep?
