You've written this individual like a Warcaster rather than like a Solo is my main complaint. 15 damage is no small amount, and I am slightly amused at how she has a spell list requiring focus yet has no focus with which to cast. You likewise have made her the single most pricey solo, past even Alexia who wields an epic artifact from the Orgoth ages. With the changes that need to be done, you could get away with 35-45 points. For her weapon, consider making a Critical Freeze effect. It gives you the stationary you seem to love, while not being too overpowered.

Her spells are far stronger than Aiyana's, and give you a level of battlefield control that put hers and Holt's together to shame. You need to tone down pretty much everyhing but Blades of Lacyrto keep this practical.

Ayisla's Barricade contradicts itself in the wording. You cannot be stationary yet perform actions. Stationary is likewise incredibly powerful, so I'd turn it into a critical effect.

Nyrro's Vestments is fine, but the stationary part needs to go. Maybe turn this into a minor DEF penalty while in melee range of the unit.

Scyrah's Smiling Murderer just needs to go. Period. Nothing about the ability is anything short of absolutely insane.
